Our goal is to provide the best fly fishing schools in the world. The One day Fly Fishing School provides the most basic instruction to get you started with a solid foundation for your fly fishing endeavor.
Whether you are a beginner wanting to get into fly fishing, but not sure where to start, or a more advanced fly fisherman wanting to hone your skills, The One Day Fly Fishing School will provide everything you need to know to embark on a lifetime of angling pursuits. Our professional teaching staff has vast experience fishing for trout over many years and at many locations across the globe from giant glacial lakes and big brawly rivers, to tiny woodland ponds and dainty mountain streams.
The One Day Fly Fishing School is fast moving, and well organized. The principles governing casting and entomology will be covered in our on stream. This is followed by plenty of stream-side instruction to cover casting and reading-the-water techniques. Our class material is top notch, well thought out, well paced, and sufficiently broken down so that both the beginner and someone more seasoned can appreciate while having fun in a positive and productive environment. Our dedicated instructors are attentive, knowledgeable, friendly, and most of all, able to tailor to your specific casting needs. Learn all the basics of fly fishing that you can now build upon.

Fly fishing, wingshooting and photographing the natural world, have been a big part of my life! I have been an integral part of the fly fishing community as a New York State Guide on the Upper Delaware River, Montana Guide, fly fishing and casting instructor to many beginning and advanced students, also the assistant to the National Fly Fishing Show Director and past president of Pennsylvania's largest teaching fly fishing club. I currently host international and domestic trips to such exciting locations as Chile, Argentina, Alaska, Canada, Belize, Upper Delaware River, South Andros, Bahamas, Iceland and others Traveling to these exotic locations has given me the opportunity to indulge my true calling for photography and video production. Some of my past and current projects include promotional videos for outdoor lodges and travel videos which can be found on our YouTube Channel "The Wandering Sportsman". Being in the outdoors and and sharing my experience through video, photography, hosting anglers to exotic locations or just sharing the joy of the outdoors in seminars, presentations or workshops is what brings me happiness! To share these experiences with everyone, and inspire people to be outside is a great passion!
